Conservation Poem

                                                     I Am Te Awa

I hear the whispers of the mountains and the waters,

After all I am te maunga’s daughter,

I can’t bare life without no sound,

I’d feel as if I want to bound

I am the wā kāinga (home) of many living creatures,

They are definitely my main features
