Kowhaiwhai Art
In He Kakano we have been learning about kowhaiwhai patterns and their meanings. This term we had to create our own kowhaiwhai patterns and describe their meanings. I decided to make my art about friendship and I used a butterfly to symbolize it because I think butterflies are friendly. The black designs in the corners symbolize a group of friends and the purple designs symbolize a bridge to friendship. I chose purple, black and white for the colours because I think the colours mix well.

Space Animation
Today my class and I made animations and mine was about a rocket. I learnt how to loop the video without using screencastify. We changed all the "falses" to "trues" and changed the "3000" to a different number. I changed the "3000" to 100.
